BOOKLY.ACCOUNT PRIVACY

Social sign-in privacy

Bookly.ac uses social sign-in to identify the provider account you choose and connect it to your Bookly account. We request the provider account identifier, basic name/profile information and email when available. We store the provider identifier, connection name and sign-in timestamps. Provider access tokens are used during sign-in and are not retained for ongoing social-media access.

Bookly does not use social sign-in to post on your behalf, read private messages or collect your social-media feed. X currently requires the tweet.read and users.read scopes for its authenticated profile endpoint; Bookly calls only that profile endpoint. If the provider does not confirm your email, Bookly sends a verification code before business registration.

Disconnect a provider

  1. Sign in to your Bookly account.
  2. Open Account security → Connected sign-in accounts.
  3. Choose Disconnect and confirm your Bookly password and authenticator code if enabled.
  4. You may also remove Bookly in the provider's connected-app permissions.

Disconnecting removes the stored social sign-in link. It preserves your Bookly business profile, bookings and other account records.

Request deletion of account data

Email [email protected] from your Bookly account email and identify the account and deletion request. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes or API secrets. Support will verify account ownership, explain which records can be removed and address any records that must be retained under the platform's existing privacy and transaction policies.

Social registration details that have not been submitted are held in a temporary sign-in session. New account registration requires acceptance of Bookly's terms and privacy policy. Existing accounts are not automatically connected just because an email address matches.
