Is there a free trial?
Bookly offers a limited Free plan, not a free trial. The Free plan has no subscription charge or trial countdown. Upgrade to Starter, Growth or Scale for more capacity and tools. Paid access starts after verified subscription payment or an administrator assignment. See the pricing page for current limits and prices.
Which subscription plan should I choose?
Free is for a limited starting setup. Starter adds online payments, deposits and reminders; Growth adds the listed store, event, gallery, POS, calendar and meeting tools; Scale adds custom domains and the highest listed capacities. See Pricing for exact limits. All styles and feature links stay visible, with an upgrade prompt for anything outside your plan.
How do I book more than one service?
Open a business profile and choose Book now. Add the services you want in one visit, choose staff where available, and select an available time. Review the complete duration and price before submitting your request.
When is my booking confirmed?
Verified successful online payment automatically confirms an available appointment. For a manual bank transfer, upload a receipt and wait for the business to accept it after checking the funds and availability. Uploading a receipt alone does not confirm payment. When payment at the visit is offered, follow the booking status shown; payment remains due at the appointment. Payment completed refers to the amount required now, which may be a deposit, and does not mean the appointment has already taken place.
How do currencies and payments work?
Each business chooses a supported pricing currency and its accepted payment methods. Bookly subscription prices start in USD and can be displayed in your country currency or one you select. Checkout confirms the actual charge currency and amount. Crypto checkout shows a separate exact asset/network quote before payment. Bank and provider fees may apply.
How do I bring my business to Bookly?
Bookly offers a limited Free plan, not a free trial. The Free plan has no subscription charge or trial countdown. Upgrade to Starter, Growth or Scale for more capacity and tools. Paid access starts after verified subscription payment or an administrator assignment. See the pricing page for current limits and prices. Complete your business profile, add services and available professionals, set business and staff hours, and configure your own payment details. Share your booking link or a branded QR banner.
How do I change an appointment?
Contact the business with your booking reference. Its booking controls offer Accept, Decline and Reschedule. Reschedule lets an authorised business reviewer choose an available date, time and staff member; saving confirms the new appointment and queues a customer update. It does not create a payment or erase a balance due. Changes to a booking without completed payment or a receipt show an extra confirmation prompt first.
Where can I get support?
For platform questions, account access, privacy requests or payment-status concerns, email [email protected]. Include the booking reference if relevant, and never include your password or full card details.
What happens if I have not finished paying?
Online booking requests normally expire after 30 minutes without verified payment. Individual payment quotes can expire sooner; use the current checkout instructions. A bank-transfer booking stays pending after the receipt-upload step opens, and an uploaded receipt still needs business review. A missing payment or receipt triggers a reminder after five minutes with the correct completion link. Contact the business if you already transferred funds, and do not pay again without checking.
How do I make a booking QR banner?
Open QR codes & banners in your workspace. Choose square, wide or standing format, then a style. Free includes Welcome only. Starter includes 6 styles, Growth 13 and Scale 21, including styles from lower plans. Paid styles let you edit the headline, message and accent colour. Downloads contain the public business link and a scannable QR code. Scan the finished image before sharing or printing.
Business plans, reminders and continued access
Check the expiry time and timezone shown in your Subscription screen. Lifecycle email timestamps are displayed in UTC. Renewal reminder emails are scheduled at 09:00 and 18:00 UTC during the 72 hours before a paid plan expires. Check your Subscription screen for the current status; email delivery depends on a valid address and the mail service. Bookly does not automatically charge a renewal through this reminder feature.
After expiry, the current entitlement continues for a 48-hour grace period. If no verified renewal is received by its end, the company continues on the existing Free plan. Its Bookly company page stays public with Free features and limits. Paid-only features become unavailable. Existing records are retained: when active services exceed the Free limit, a random selection is kept active once and the excess is hidden. Staff beyond the Free active limit are hidden in oldest-first allowance order. Existing customer and appointment history remains available, while new creation is restricted when the relevant Free limit is reached.
A verified renewal restores the renewed plan entitlement. It does not automatically reactivate services or staff that were hidden or disabled. Review those records and reactivate the ones you want within your current limits. Review the actual plan features and prices before renewing. This business subscription policy does not cancel or refund a customer appointment.

Subscription profiles and optional greetings
Business owners provide their name, contact phone, street address, city and country before starting a new Bookly subscription checkout. These private, self-reported details support subscription account records; they are not document-based identity verification and are not displayed on the public company website. Do not submit identity documents or bank credentials through this form.
Date of birth, address line 2, state or region, and postal code are optional. Date of birth is used only to schedule an annual birthday greeting when the owner opts in. Greetings do not include the birth year. Birthday and important holiday emails have separate optional choices in Subscription profile. Holiday greetings may include a subscription offer only when an administrator has explicitly configured it. Declining greeting emails does not affect bookings, subscriptions or essential account notices.
Owners can correct their private details and change email choices from their dashboard. Administrators can correct owner account details and private profiles, or revoke greeting permission; they cannot grant email consent on an owner’s behalf. Greeting messages include a signed unsubscribe link with a confirmation step. Unsubscribing stops birthday and holiday greetings, including their promotional offers; essential booking, security and expiry notices remain enabled. Contact support for help correcting or removing account information.

Careers and applications
Bookly Careers lists current opportunities and their compensation terms. Each vacancy states its compensation terms. The initial founding roles have no starting salary and offer equity-based participation subject to a separate written agreement. Applying is not an employment, consulting or shareholder agreement, and there is no application fee.
Applicants provide their name, email, relevant experience, motivation, availability and optional phone and HTTPS work links. No identity document, date of birth, bank detail or file upload is required. Applications are stored privately for platform hiring administrators to review and contact applicants about the relevant opportunity. Application information is not used to subscribe applicants to business-owner marketing. There is no automated hiring score or selection decision.
Applications are recorded before email notifications are attempted. A notification delay does not remove the private application record. One application per email and vacancy is recorded each UTC day; a repeat on that day returns the existing reference. To request a correction or discuss removal, contact Bookly support with the application reference and email address. Administrators review status and notes internally; those changes do not automatically send a decision email. External work links are provided by applicants and are not automatically fetched or verified by Bookly.
Company customer payments with Blockonomics
Businesses may connect their own Blockonomics store, API key and receiving wallets to accept BTC on Bitcoin mainnet or USDT on Ethereum/ERC-20 for services, consultations and store orders. These customer funds go directly to the business; Bookly does not receive, hold or forward them. The business is responsible for its receiving address, provider charges, customer support, fulfilment, refunds and applicable obligations. Bookly’s subscription checkout is a separate merchant account.
Crypto amounts are quoted for 15 minutes. Customers pay network fees separately and must use the exact asset, network, address and amount displayed. USDT invoice matching may reduce the displayed amount by less than 0.001 USDT, which the merchant absorbs. At least two confirmations plus authenticated server-side provider verification are required before a payment is marked successful. Confirmations may take longer; payment-page visits, callbacks and transaction-hash submissions are not payment approval. Partial, late, duplicate and wrong-network transfers require merchant review. If a paid booking time becomes unavailable, the merchant must arrange rescheduling or a refund. Crypto transfers are generally irreversible; Bookly cannot reverse or recover them.
Bookly subscription payments with Blockonomics
Where shown at checkout, business owners may pay Bookly subscription fees using Bitcoin on Bitcoin mainnet or USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), processed through Blockonomics to Bookly’s configured wallet. This option pays for the Bookly platform subscription only. It does not collect customers’ service-booking payments; those remain payable directly to the individual business.
The checkout shows the fiat subscription total, cryptocurrency amount, receiving address, required network and payment deadline before payment. Pay only the exact amount and network shown. USDT invoices use a unique exact amount to identify the payment; Bookly absorbs a rounding reduction of less than 0.001 USDT and adds no reference fee. Wallet or network fees remain separate and are shown by the customer’s wallet. Bookly never requests a seed phrase or private key.
A wallet submission, payment screenshot, unconfirmed transaction or browser return does not activate a subscription. Activation follows at least two blockchain confirmations and verification against Blockonomics’ authenticated payment records. Confirmations may continue after an on-time payment. Test-mode transactions never activate subscriptions. Delayed, insufficient, excess, expired, wrong-network or unidentifiable payments may need manual support review. Avoid sending a second payment while the first is under review.
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Sending to an incorrect address or network may be unrecoverable. If payment needs review or a refund is agreed under the applicable subscription policy, contact [email protected] with the invoice reference and transaction hash. Refunds are not automatic; Bookly will verify the case and a return destination separately, including any applicable network costs. Nothing here removes rights provided by applicable law.
Subscription currency and exchange rates
New Bookly subscription prices are set in USD. A visitor’s currency is estimated from their network country and can be changed manually. Local display amounts are estimates, not a bank-rate guarantee. Reference fiat rates are updated daily from Exchange API, cached on Bookly and checked for freshness, with the provider’s documented fallback. A new conversion is unavailable if rates are over 48 hours old.
Before payment, checkout shows and saves the actual charge currency, amount, reference-rate date and deadline. If a payment method does not accept the visitor’s display currency, Bookly converts into an accepted fallback currency configured by the administrator. Online conversion offers last 15 minutes; offline bank-transfer offers have their stated deadline. Previously started payments keep their original amounts. Amounts are rounded to the currency’s smallest unit. Paid prices below USD 0.01 cannot be purchased until corrected; they do not become Free plans.
For crypto payments, the selected fiat amount is converted using the reference fiat-to-USD rate and the current USD crypto quote from Blockonomics. The asset, network, exact amount, receiving address and 15-minute payment deadline are shown before transfer. Wallet/network fees are separate. Bank or card issuer fees and exchange rates may differ from Bookly’s reference rates. Payment confirmation requirements and each business’s responsibility for its own customer funds remain unchanged.
Plan prices and included tools
Bookly offers the limited Free plan and paid Starter, Growth and Scale plans, with monthly and annual options. There is no free trial. The pricing page displays the current prices and currency choices before checkout. Prices cover one business account and are not charged per staff member. Limits are shared across companies under that account. The current pricing page lists included features and capacities. Features outside the subscribed entitlement remain visible in the dashboard and require an upgrade before use. Essential confirmations, security and support remain available on Free.
Booking-request quotas count requests created during each calendar month in UTC, regardless of appointment date. Earlier appointment and payment history is retained. Customer limits count stored customer records; service, staff, product and event limits count active records. Reducing a plan retains records and can hide excess active items. New requests or records stop when a limit is reached. Active services retained after a downgrade are selected randomly once; other active items retain the oldest entries within the limit. A renewal does not automatically reactivate hidden items. Existing paid or administrator-assigned cycles keep their previous features and limits until that cycle and its applicable grace period end; existing lifetime entitlements remain valid.
Online payment APIs, crypto receiving accounts, booking deposits and automatic appointment reminders are available from Starter. Growth adds the listed store, event, gallery, POS, calendar and virtual-meeting tools. Scale adds custom domains. Third-party subscriptions, messaging credits, network fees and merchant-provider charges are separate. Bookly does not charge a booking commission or receive a business’s customer funds. View current plans.
Public website media
Public company images, logos, galleries and the public business guide may be delivered through Cloudflare R2 and media.bookly.ac. Only files selected for public website display are copied there. Private booking receipts, payment proofs, identity documents and account files remain in access-controlled storage. Local originals may be retained for recovery. Public images can be cached by visitors and content delivery networks.
Free plan and paid billing
Bookly has a limited Free plan with no subscription charge or trial countdown. There is no free trial of paid plans. Paid access begins after verified payment or an administrator assignment. Automatic renewal is used only when you choose it through a supported, enabled provider. Bank transfer and crypto payments require manual renewal. Your current plan, expiry and any scheduled change are shown in Subscription.
