How online booking works

1. Choose a service. The customer sees the description, price and duration you publish.
2. Select a professional and available time. Availability depends on your business hours, staff schedules and existing bookings.
3. Provide contact details and review the appointment. Clear details help your team follow up when necessary.
4. Follow your payment policy. Depending on your configuration and plan, this may be a deposit, full payment or payment at the appointment.
5. Check your booking confirmation. A verified online payment confirms an available booking automatically. For bank transfers, the business reviews the receipt and confirms the booking after checking that funds arrived. Pay-at-appointment bookings follow the business’s acceptance policy. Customers receive booking-status emails.

Deposits and bank transfers in Nigeria

If your plan includes deposits, you can set the percentage required at booking and explain when the balance is due. For example, a 50% deposit on a ₦20,000 service means ₦10,000 is due upfront and ₦10,000 remains payable later.
